Mango cart frozen yogurt made using Straus Family Creamery Organic Whole Milk Greek Yogurt & Heavy Whipping Cream.
This Peaches & Cream French Toast uses melted Straus Family Creamery Organic Vanilla Bean Ice Cream as a clever two-ingredient hack for rich, perfectly golden French toast. Topped with warm caramelized peaches, a buttery homemade crumble, and an extra scoop of ice cream, it is an indulgent twist on a classic breakfast favorite.

Ingredients
- 3 cups diced mango (fresh preferred, frozen OK)
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 cups Straus Family Creamery Organic Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
- 6 tbsp honey (or more, to taste)
- 3 tbsp Straus Family Creamery Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 sprinkle Tajin or chile salt
Instructions
Step 1
Pour Straus Family Creamery Organic Heavy Whipping Cream on to a flat surface and allow to freeze for 1-2 hours or until solid
Step 2
Add Straus Family Creamery Organic Greek Yogurt, diced mango, lime juice and honey to a food processor. Blend for 3-4 minutes until smooth. Add more honey if desired
Step 3
Pour contents into a freezer safe bowl and allow to freeze for 3-4 hours or until semi-firm
Step 4
Remove frozen whipped cream plate and dice into very small cubes
Step 5
Remove semi-frozen yogurt and gently fold in the frozen cream bits
Step 6
Allow mixture to freeze overnight or until very firm
Step 7
Serve immediately with a sprinkle of tajin or chile salt
